Landing Pages That Convert: 10 Elements Every Page Needs

You can spend a lot on ads and still get few leads if the page people land on does not convince them. A landing page has one job: turn a visitor into a lead or a customer. Here are the ten elements we include in every landing page we build.

1. One clear goal

Each landing page should focus on a single action: request a quote, book a call, download a guide or buy. Remove anything that distracts from it, including the full navigation menu.

2. A headline that matches the ad

If your ad promises “Bathroom renovation in Laval”, your headline should say the same thing. Consistency reassures visitors that they are in the right place.

3. A subheadline that explains the benefit

Tell visitors what they get and why it matters to them, in one or two sentences.

4. A strong call to action

Use specific button text such as “Get my free quote” instead of “Submit”, and make the button visible without scrolling.

5. A short form

Ask only for what you need to follow up. Every extra field reduces the number of people who complete the form.

6. Social proof

Real reviews, client logos, certifications and numbers build trust. Use genuine testimonials with names when clients agree.

7. Benefits before features

Explain how your service solves the visitor’s problem. Features support the story; benefits sell it.

8. Visuals that show the result

Photos of your work, short videos or before-and-after images help people picture the outcome.

9. Answers to objections

Add a short FAQ about price, timelines, guarantees and process. Answering doubts on the page prevents visitors from leaving to think about it.

10. Fast loading and mobile design

Most ad clicks come from phones. A slow or cramped page wastes your ad budget.

Test and improve

Track conversions, then test one change at a time, such as the headline, the button or the form length. Small improvements add up to significantly cheaper leads.
